01. A Transfer To Brazil

A Transfer To Brazil is a MEI TURISMO CNPJ 14 317 273/0001-79 registered with EMBRATUR (Nº1900491996-5) in Brazil, equivalent to the French Ministry of Tourism (SNAV).

02. Registration and payment

The following conditions apply to transfers in Brazil.

2.1 – Registration

All registrations for transfers carried out by A Transfer To Brazil are subject to payment of the full amount of the services. Payment must be made in full in a single instalment. Registration will only be considered definitive once payment has been received, together with the information requested by the Company.

 

2.2 – Payment

After the client’s acceptance of the quote, a pro-forma invoice will be sent to you, outlining the payment terms.

 

2.3 – Payment Terms

Our agency allows clients to pay for their transfers via bank transfer to the LCL bank account or through PayPal payment: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS.

03. Travel Information

A Transfer To Brazil cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the consequences of the client’s failure to comply with customs, police, or health regulations before or during the trip. A client who is unable to board a flight for failing to present the required documents will not be entitled to any refund. 04. Changes requested by the client before departure

Less than 7 (seven) days before the original date of the stay, any request for modification of a service (transfer) included in the package must be submitted in writing to A Transfer To Brazil. This modification could (subject to confirmation with the service providers!) incur additional fees, which must be paid before the original travel date.

05. Cancellation Terms and Fees

At any time, the client may cancel the requested services. Below are the cancellation terms :

 

  • The deposit or full payment made at the time of booking, even if done more than 30 days in advance, will not be refunded.
  • 50% (1) of the total price of the transfer will be charged if the transfer is canceled between 20 (twenty) and 7 (seven) days before departure, except during the New Year and Carnival periods, during which no refund will be made.
  • 100% of the total price of the transfer will be charged if the transfer is canceled 15 (fifteen) days before departure.
  • After the service has begun, no refund will be made for services already paid for, for any reason whatsoever.
  • In case of cancellation, for any reason whatsoever.

06. Insurance

A Transfer To Brazil advises clients to take out “assistance-repatriation” insurance before their arrival in Brazil.

07. Unused Land Services/Modifications

Unused services on-site (transfers) will not be refunded. Services voluntarily modified on-site are subject to the conditions of local service providers and suppliers; additional or replacement services, resulting in extra costs, must be paid directly to the local service providers and suppliers and cannot under any circumstances hold A Transfer To Brazil responsible. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the services.

08. Liability

A Transfer To Brazil cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the following events :

 

  • Loss or theft of airline tickets (since airlines do not issue duplicates),
  • Failure to present or presenting expired, incorrect, or insufficiently valid identification and/or health documents (ID card, passport, visas), or documents that do not comply with the information on the registration form, at the customs or check-in police post.
  • In case of failure to check in (including for boarding delays), 100% of the total transfer amount will be retained.
  • Unforeseeable and insurmountable incidents or events caused by a third party, such as: wars, political unrest, airspace congestion, bankruptcy of a service provider, bad weather, delays, breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other belongings. Any delays originating from the above-mentioned cases, as well as any changes in the itinerary that may result from them, will not entitle the client to any compensation whatsoever, particularly due to changes in the duration of the originally planned program or delays in connecting flights. Any additional costs related to a disruption will remain the responsibility of the client.
  • Cancellation imposed by circumstances of force majeure and/or for reasons related to the safety of clients and/or upon the order of an administrative authority.
